Cantor Moshe Buryn is a highly talented inspiring Cantor and successful folk singer, whose beautiful tenor voice has received rousing reviews.
At age 7 he was selected in his Hebrew school to sing the famous song “Papirossen” for which he received a standing ovation. Since then Moshe Buryn has not stopped singing!
He learned his basic skills from his late father, Rafael Buryn, a devoted Baal Tefilah and Torah scholar. Cantor Buryn later studied at the Cantorial Seminary in Buenos Aires, Argentina and vocal technique and repertoire with the great maestros from the famous “Teatro Colon” in Buenos Aires.
He continued his education in Jerusalem, Israel where the Jewish agency awarded him a scholarship for furthering his studies there. He then extended his studies in the United States. |

Born in Argentina, he has subsequently served prestigious congregations in his native country, Brazil, Mexico, and Miami Beach in the United States. Cantor Moshe Buryn is noted for his unique renditions of Cantorial, Yiddish, Israeli, English and Spanish folk songs. He has been acclaimed for the brilliance of his voice, his liturgical prayers, his outstanding song interpretation, and the dramatic flare, which he imparts in his delivery.
He has appeared many times on television programs, clubs, and Jewish organizations as well as on the concert stage.
